This guide walks you through your first login and what to expect on each screen.
Reveo helps home service businesses: - Collect more reviews by sending review requests to customers via SMS and email - Respond to reviews on Google, Facebook, and other platforms — with AI-assisted drafts - Manage customer messages from SMS, Facebook Messenger, Google Business Messages, and live chat in one inbox - Track team performance with leaderboards, campaign analytics, and reputation reports
Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot your password?" on the login screen, enter your email, and check your inbox for a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
After logging in, you'll see your Home screen. What you see depends on your role:
At the bottom of the screen, you'll see 5 tabs:

| Send (center button) | Send review requests, show QR codes, view recent sends |

| More | Reports, settings, team leaderboard, switch business/location, sign out |
Look at your action queue. Handle urgent items first (red), then important (orange), then review when free (grey).
When a customer leaves a review, it appears in your action queue and inbox. Tap it to read the review, then: - Tap AI Draft to get a suggested response - Edit if needed, then tap Post Response
After completing a job: - Tap the Send button (center of navigation bar) - Search for the customer - Select a campaign - Preview and send
Or use the QR Code — show your phone to the customer and let them scan to leave a review directly.
Messages from customers come in via SMS, Facebook, Google, and live chat. They all appear in your Inbox tab. Tap a conversation to read and reply.
If your business has multiple locations: 1. Tap the location name in the top-right of the Home screen (e.g., "Scoop Soldiers · Boise ▾") 2. Select a different location or "All Locations" (if you're an Owner or Admin)
All your metrics, inbox, and reports will update to show data for the selected location.
