Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reveo platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Reveo, LLC ("Reveo," "we," "us," or "our"). In these Terms, "Client," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or organization accessing or using the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Reveo provides a review management, social media management, and customer communication platform that enables businesses to:

  • Request and manage customer reviews across multiple platforms.
  • Aggregate and monitor reviews from Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other sources.
  • Send SMS and email communications to customers.
  • Generate reputation reports and analytics.
  • Manage customer contacts and communication history.
  • Publish and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Manage social media engagement (comments, messages, and mentions) from a unified inbox.
  • Generate AI-powered content suggestions and review responses.
  • Track social media and reputation analytics.
  • Manage customer pipelines and workflows.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Send unsolicited messages (spam) or messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them.
  • Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or any other applicable messaging or communication laws.
  • Post, send, or solicit fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame any person.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3.5 Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Service incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

3.5.1 AI Tools

The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning services, including third-party large language models (currently OpenAI), to power features such as AI-generated review responses, social media content suggestions, message drafts, and sentiment analysis. You may opt out of AI-powered features at any time by contacting support@reveo.com. Please note that disabling AI features may limit the functionality of certain aspects of the Service.

3.5.2 Data Usage

Reveo will not use Client Data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Third-party AI service providers engaged by Reveo are contractually prohibited from using Reveo data or Client Data for the purpose of training their models. Reveo may use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data to improve its own services, including the performance and accuracy of AI-powered features within the Service.

3.5.3 AI-Generated Content

All AI-generated content, including but not limited to review responses, social media posts, email drafts, and message suggestions, is presented as a suggestion for human review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published, sent, or otherwise made available to any third party. Reveo does not publish or send AI-generated content without your affirmative action.

3.5.4 AI Accuracy

AI tools may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Reveo makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You must review and approve all AI-generated output before use. REVEO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING AI OUTPUT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

3.5.5 Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content used in connection with the Service complies with all applicable laws, industry regulations, review platform policies, and social media platform policies. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that AI-generated content does not violate advertising standards, consumer protection laws, healthcare regulations (HIPAA), financial regulations, or any other applicable legal requirements.

4. Your Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Data" or "Client Data").
  • You grant Reveo a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Data solely to provide the Service.
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights and consents to upload and use Your Data through the Service, including consent from your customers to receive communications.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Data.

5. Data Processing and Ownership

  • Client Data: You own all Client Data. Reveo receives a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit Client Data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. Upon termination, Client Data is handled in accordance with Section 14 (Termination).
  • Reveo Data: Analytics, performance metrics, usage statistics, and aggregated or de-identified data generated by Reveo in the course of providing the Service are owned by Reveo. Reveo may use such data to improve the Service, generate benchmarks, and for other lawful business purposes, provided that such data does not identify you or your customers.
  • Third-Party Data: Reviews, social media content, and other data accessed through the Service from third-party platforms (including Google, Facebook, Yelp, Instagram, and LinkedIn) remain subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the originating platform. You acknowledge that Reveo's ability to access and display such data depends on continued authorization from both you and the applicable third-party platform.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and plan details are available on our website or as communicated to you.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime or interruptions.

7.5 Social Media Platform Terms

The Service enables you to connect to and interact with third-party social media platforms. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You agree to comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of all connected social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • You are solely responsible for all content published through Reveo to social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and any other media.
  • Reveo is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms in response to content published through the Service, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, reach reduction, or policy enforcement actions.
  • You acknowledge that social media platform APIs and integrations may change at any time, and that features relying on these integrations may be modified, limited, or discontinued without advance notice from the social media platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization credentials for all connected social media accounts and for re-authorizing connections as required by the platforms.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of third-party services. Key integrations include:

  • Google: Google API Services Terms of Service and Google Business Profile Terms
  • Facebook / Meta: Meta Platform Terms and Meta Commercial Terms
  • Instagram: Instagram Platform Policy and Instagram Terms of Use
  • LinkedIn: LinkedIn API Terms of Use
  • X (formerly Twitter): X Developer Agreement and Policy
  • Twilio: Twilio Terms of Service (SMS and voice communications)
  • Mailgun: Mailgun Terms of Service (email delivery)
  • OpenAI: OpenAI Usage Policies (AI-powered features)

This list may be updated as integrations are added or removed. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party platform you connect to through the Service.

9. Review Integrity

Reveo is committed to honest, transparent review practices. By using the Service, you agree to the following:

  • No Review Gating: Review gating — the practice of selectively soliciting reviews based on expected sentiment, or directing satisfied customers to public review sites while routing dissatisfied customers elsewhere — is strictly prohibited. This practice violates Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines under 16 CFR Part 465 and is a violation of these Terms.
  • No Fake or Incentivized Reviews: Posting, soliciting, facilitating, or purchasing fake, fraudulent, or incentivized reviews is prohibited. This includes offering discounts, gifts, or other consideration in exchange for positive reviews.
  • Equal Treatment: All review request recipients must be given the same options and the same opportunity to leave feedback, regardless of their expected sentiment or prior interactions.
  • Platform Compliance: You must comply with the review solicitation policies of each individual review platform. For example, Yelp prohibits direct solicitation of reviews. It is your responsibility to understand and follow each platform's rules.
  • Enforcement: Reveo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in review manipulation, fraud, or gating practices.

10. TCPA, 10DLC, and Communication Compliance

The Service enables you to send SMS messages, emails, and other communications to your customers. Both parties acknowledge the importance of compliance with applicable communication laws and regulations:

  • TCPA Compliance: Both parties shall comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as amended, and all regulations promulgated thereunder. You acknowledge that TCPA violations may result in significant statutory damages.
  • Consent: You are solely responsible for obtaining proper prior express written consent from all recipients before sending SMS messages, marketing emails, or other communications through the Service. Reveo does not verify or validate that you have obtained proper consent.
  • A2P 10DLC Compliance: You are responsible for compliance with Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) requirements, including business registration (brand registration), campaign registration, and adherence to carrier guidelines and throughput limits.
  • Opt-In and Opt-Out: You must maintain accurate and auditable opt-in records for all message recipients and honor all opt-out requests immediately. The Service provides automated opt-out handling; you must not interfere with or circumvent these mechanisms.
  • CAN-SPAM Act: All marketing emails sent through the Service must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate header information, a clear opt-out mechanism, and timely processing of unsubscribe requests.
  • Carrier Fees and Penalties: Reveo may pass through carrier fees, surcharges, or penalties resulting from your non-compliance with messaging regulations, carrier policies, or 10DLC requirements.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reveo from any claims, fines, penalties, damages, or liabilities arising from your failure to obtain proper consent or your violation of any applicable communication law or regulation.

11. Fair Use Policy

The Service operates on shared infrastructure that supports all Reveo clients. To ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for everyone:

  • Shared Resources: Service resources, including but not limited to API capacity, messaging throughput, storage, and processing power, are shared among all clients. Usage that is excessive or disproportionate and degrades performance for other clients may be throttled or temporarily restricted.
  • Fair Use Definition: Fair use is defined as usage consistent with normal business operations for your subscription tier. Examples of excessive usage include, but are not limited to, sending volumes significantly exceeding your plan's intended capacity, automated bulk operations not consistent with the Service's intended use, or use of the Service as a general-purpose messaging or data storage platform.
  • Remediation: If your usage significantly exceeds fair use levels, Reveo reserves the right to contact you regarding your usage patterns and may require you to upgrade to a higher-tier plan that accommodates your needs. In the event of sustained excessive usage that impacts other clients, Reveo may impose temporary usage limits until the issue is resolved.

12. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Reveo and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except the limited right to use it as described herein.
  • You may not use our name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • IN NO EVENT SHALL REVEO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
  • OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reveo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Your Data or any content you transmit through the Service.
  • Any claim that your communications sent through the Service violated the rights of a third party.
  • Your failure to obtain proper consent for communications sent through the Service.
  • Content published through the Service to social media platforms or review sites.
  • Your use or misuse of AI-generated content provided by the Service.

15. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Your Data will be retained for 90 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
  • Sections 5, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 survive termination of these Terms.

16. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
  • Arbitration shall take place in Kootenai County, Idaho.
  • You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
  • Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

17. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, AI Policy, and any applicable Order Form or Statement of Work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reveo regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
  • Notices: We may send notices to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or failures of third-party services.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
