AI Draft generates professional review responses in seconds. It reads the customer's review and writes a personalized reply that you can edit and post. This guide explains how it works and how to get the best results.
When you tap Generate AI Draft, Reveo sends the review text to an AI model that:
The draft appears in the response field, ready for you to edit.
From the Reviews tab or your Home screen action queue, tap a review to open the detail view.
Tap the Generate AI Draft button (sparkles icon) in the response section. The AI processes the review and fills in a draft response.
You'll see a notice: "AI-generated draft — edit before posting" so you know the text was generated, not written by a person.
The draft is a starting point. Before posting, you should:
Don't like the first draft? Tap Regenerate to get a fresh response. Each generation produces a different result, so you can try a few times until you get a good starting point.
Once you're happy with the response, tap Post Response. It goes live on the review platform (Google, Facebook, or Yelp).

AI Draft writes a warm thank-you that highlights what the customer praised. These are usually ready to post with minimal edits.
AI Draft acknowledges the positive feedback and addresses any concerns mentioned. Review these carefully — the AI might not know the full context of an issue.
AI Draft writes an empathetic, professional response. Always edit these. You'll want to: - Add specific details about how you'll address the issue - Include your direct contact information - Make sure the tone matches the severity of their complaint
"Generate AI Draft" button doesn't appear - AI Draft requires an active Reveo subscription. Check your plan in Settings.
Draft seems generic or off-topic - The AI works best with detailed reviews. For very short reviews ("Great service!"), the draft may be generic. Add your own specifics. - Try tapping Regenerate for a different result.
Draft is in the wrong language - AI Draft responds in the language of the review. If the review is in Spanish, the draft will be in Spanish.
