Managing Your Team

Reveo gives managers and owners visibility into how their team is performing — who's sending the most review requests, who's getting the best results, and where to focus coaching.


Team Leaderboard

Find the leaderboard at More → Team Leaderboard.

What It Shows

Your team ranked by performance for the selected time period:

Metrics you can sort by: - Requests Sent — total review requests sent (default) - Reviews Earned — how many reviews resulted from their requests - Avg. Rating — average star rating of reviews their customers left

Time periods: Today, This Week, This Month

Reading the Leaderboard

Each team member shows: - Rank (1st, 2nd, 3rd get gold, silver, bronze styling) - Name and avatar - Metric value for the selected sort - Trend arrow — up or down compared to the previous period

Drilling Into a Team Member

Tap any team member to see their personal performance:

Personal funnel: - Sent → Clicked SMS → Clicked Review Site → Left Review - Shows the conversion rate at each step

Individual send list: Each review request they sent, with status: - Sent — delivered to customer - Clicked SMS — customer opened the link - Clicked Review Site — customer reached the review page - Left Review — customer submitted a review - No Action — no response yet

This is the same view the team member sees when they tap "View My Sends" on the Send tab.


Location Filtering

Owner/Admin: See leaderboard across all locations, or filter to a specific one Manager: See only team members at your assigned locations Team Member/Field Tech: See the full team at your assigned location(s)

Use the location chips or dropdown at the top of the leaderboard to switch.


Home Screen Team Sections

Manager Home

  • Team Performance section shows a summary of your team's activity
  • Action cards include Assign and Escalate buttons
  • Tap Assign to delegate a task to a specific team member
  • Tap Escalate on urgent items to flag them for the owner

Owner/Admin Home

  • Team Overview section shows business-wide team activity
  • Locations Overview shows performance per location
  • Action cards include Escalate and Delegate buttons
  • Tap Delegate to push a task down to a manager

Tips for Team Management

  1. Check the leaderboard weekly — recognize top performers publicly
  2. Drill into low performers — look at their funnel. If they're sending but not getting clicks, the message might need work. If they're not sending at all, it's an activity issue.
  3. Use Assign strategically — route tasks to the team member best equipped to handle them
  4. Escalate sparingly — only flag items that truly need owner attention
  5. Compare locations — if one location's team is outperforming another, share what's working

  • Task assignment — assign specific action items to team members with due dates
  • Performance alerts — get notified when a team member falls below their typical activity level
